Private Yoga Lessons
Yoga was traditionally taught one teacher to one student. The ancient teachers understood the importance of individualizing each yoga experience to meet the needs of the individual student.
If you are new to a practice, recovering from an injury or just want to spend time working on a a specific goal or concern this is a great option. It allows for you to get what you need from your practice. Maybe you just can not make the traditional times of class and want to create something tailored to your schedule. Private lessons offer the opportunity.
South Street Yoga and Nutrition's group classes are energizing and create a strong kula however, in a group teachers may not be able to deliver the individualized attention and guidance that we all need at one time or another.
