Workshops & Events
Master classes are an amazing opportunity to practice with and learn from teachers who are highly experienced in their field. In this master class, Jessie will lead you through 90 minutes of yoga with a focus on hip openers, a couple of arm balances, and some pranayama (breath work). She will flow through parts like a vinyasa class and pause to break down details like a workshop. Her goal is for you to leave the master class more knowledgeable and confident in challenging positions. All levels are welcome, but a basic foundation of yoga asana is suggested.

The Art of Assists:
Continuing Education for Yoga Teachers about Hands-On Assists
In her 90 minute training, Jessie will educate you on the importance of hands-on assists and adjustments, the difference between the two, and how to execute them with confidence. Most students love to receive hands-on feedback and attention from their yoga teacher, but there are a lot of boundaries to navigate, in this training Jessie will help steer you in the right direction. Come prepared to move through yoga asana as you will be practicing both giving and receiving hands-on assists and adjustments. You will leave with a print out and some homework to help you long after the training is complete. This short training counts as 2 Yoga Alliance CEU's.
Day: Sunday, Nov 30th
Time: 1:15pm
Duration: 90 minutes
Cost: $65
