Meet Our Teachers
At South Street Yoga and Nutrition our select group of instructors have years of experience in yoga philosophy, proper alignment, and providing the attention and support your yoga practice craves. While many instructors teach a vinyasa-style class, they also incorporate multiple styles of yoga and movement brought in by their unique backgrounds. We encourage you to take a yoga class with each instructor and find out what classes work for you! Our goal is to properly educate our students, providing a strong foundation to explore all the benefits that yoga has to offer.
